The statewide HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) Program facilitates the use of HUBs in state procurement and provides them with information on the state’s procurement process.

In accordance with 34 TAC §20.13, each state agency shall make a good faith effort to utilize HUBs in contracts for construction, services (including professional and consulting services) and commodities purchases.

Toro Canyon Consulting is proud to participate in the State of Texas HUB program.  TCC achieved certification in 2013.  To achieve this certification, TCC has met specific HUB eligibility and compliance requirements as administered by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
